How do I purchase products online?

- On our Shop tab, you will find a list of product categories, such as Roll Wraps or Ribbons & Bows. Click on the image to narrow down your search. Once you arrive on the product listings, you can view the product details by selecting the product.
- When you find an item/s you would like to purchase, enter the quantity and "Add to cart". At any time, you can view your shopping cart or checkout your items by clicking on the "Shopping cart" link at the top.
- Follow the instructions to complete your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this for your records.

Are product photos accurate?
We strive to provide accurate photos of our products. Slight colour variations may occur due to limitations of digital image quality and screen settings.
How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
Orders are normally processed and shipped the next business day. Below is a general guideline for delivery times:

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. Once you add products to your cart, on the Shopping Cart page, you may use the "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" option to determine the approximate cost.

- within Australia on orders valued at $150 AUD and over; and
- for international addresses on orders valued at $300 AUD and over
